‘Murder in the Music Library’
The year is 1958; The Northern Ireland football team has made it to the World Cup semi-finals. The 1956 film Rock Around the Clock had heralded the era of the ‘teenager’ with teddy boys dominating the high street, and swingers, gangs, bryl cream, net petticoats and rebels without a cause all making the headlines!
But with all the optimism and excitement associated with this shift in social trends, there are still tragedies which make the news. There has been a murder in the local music library. Frankie Petrillo, musician, was found dead in the early hours of the morning. The exact cause of death is as yet unknown. An empty potassium chloride vial and a syringe were found on the floor next to his body. Traces of cyanide have been found on the reed of his saxophone.
Transport yourself to the 1950’s in your quest to solve this heinous crime. Dress up in your finest teddy boy and swing gear and immerse yourself in a world of big bands, Italian gangs and deadly secrets.
Do you have what it takes to make sure that the Musician didn’t die in vain, and will you see that his killer is brought to justice……? Only you can help solve the Mystery.
