About Irish Country Hotels
Irish Country Hotels was established in 1986 by the Irish Tourist Board to market small independent family run hotels overseas. The company is a non-profit organisation owned by the 24 member hotels.
Irish Country Hotels
The keystone of the Irish County Hotels group is our ability to reflect the very best of our Irish heritage and traditional values of hospitality with the highest standards of care and attention. This means we have a genuine interest in your wellbeing and we like to think that you will arrive as a guest but leave as a friend. Our genuinely warm welcome, natural ease and our friendly and informal style of service is second to none. The atmosphere is relaxed, the comfort and warmth enveloping and your enjoyment of the time spent with us is assured.
These hidden treasures can be found in idyllic settings - everywhere from wooded glens and lakeshore retreats to remote fishing villages and small market towns. Unwind in the unspoiled beauty of the landscape - but be warned: you’ll find it hard to leave such peaceful and scenic surroundings.
Sit back and relax and simply soak up the wonderful atmosphere or enjoy a variety of activities such as golf, horse riding, fishing, hill walking, cycling or watersports. Just do whatever you feel like doing and at the end of the day, experience fine dining in our award winning restaurants, which offer tempting and varied menus using quality local produce to create distinctive regional specialities complimented by excellent wine cellars.
